In Roshni Kitchen, our ayurvedic meals apply the following principles to optimise your digestive fire: (a) using digestive spices and herbs, (b) avoiding incompatible combinations of food in a meal, such as meat and milk; (c) using simple, fresh ingredients and avoiding processed ingredients. We make our own ghee, pickles, chutneys and sauces.
