Ayurveda is preventative in nature. By maintaining the balance of doshas through proper diet and lifestyle, Ayurvedic nutrition helps prevent the onset of diseases. Chronic ailments such as diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis can be managed or even prevented by adhering to dietary guidelines that balance the doshas.
We will be regularly holding training and education events about the role of food in managing common chronic conditions and sharing the wisdom of ayurveda.
